The S-Shape carbon rim with asymmetrical profile guarantees light weight and responsiveness. This technology improves uniform spoke tension.
The optimized balance guarantees long-term function at a high level. In addition, this unique shape of the rim profile increases stiffness by 2.5% compared to a conventional U-shaped profile.
To enable maximum performance with tubeless tires, the Rapid Red Carbon has a tubeless-specific, undrilled rim base: 2-Way Fit.
The undrilled rim bed has a C-Lux finish, a mirror-like surface that makes it easier to mount the tire.
The patented Mo-Mag technology from Fulcrum, a simple yet ingenious solution for positioning the nipple on the rim hole using a magnet, completes the composition of the wheel.
The 30 millimeter high rim profile has a mini-hook system that increases the possible tire pressure. The precise dimensional accuracy of Fulcrum also increases the safety against the tire rolling off the rim at low pressure, as the inner rim width of 25 mm increases the contact area between the tire and rim.
