SRAM X-SYNC 1x chainrings offer the highest level of performance and durability. The high square teeth of the SRAM X-SYNC engage the chain earlier than conventional triangular teeth. The sharp and narrow tooth profile and the rounded edges of the chamfer contribute to the guidance of a deflected chain. To achieve the best possible performance in muddy conditions, the X-SYNC chain plates have been equipped with mud recesses for the inner chain links and rollers .
