Pirelli Cinturato Gravel RC
Whether on the road or off-road, Pirelli's commitment to racing is beyond question when it comes to performance. With a new, specific design derived from our legendary ScorpionTM XC RC, the CinturatoTM Gravel RC is the answer to all the requirements on gravel: fast on the straights, thanks to minimal stud arrangement on the central tread and aggressive in the corners, with higher and more massive studs that support handling in the corners. Equipped with our TechWALL tubeless carcass construction, it is equipped with a reinforced and cut-resistant 60tpi fabric and a protective layer from bead to bead. The CinturatoTM Gravel RC is designed for the most demanding gravel tracks and for riders looking for the best performance in all racing conditions

GRIP
The properties of the new Pirelli SpeedGRIP compound formulation are tailored to any weather condition, regardless of whether the terrain is dry or wet. In the development of the Scorpion ™ MTB rubber formulation
- SmartGRIP - the new SpeedGRIP compound retains the same polymer matrix and improves rolling efficiency. The higher demand for speed or mileage with the same effort on gravel, with a combination of asphalt, gravel and aggressive terrain, as well as a mix of uses - from racing to packing
to adventures - prompted Pirelli's technicians to optimize this new rubber for better energy management. The SpeedGRIP compound maintains the same tensile strength as its MTB counterpart (SmartGRIP) and has a high chemical grip (also known as wet grip). More efficient energy management reduces rolling resistance to a level very close to that of pure road racing tyres.
