Designed with the aim of reconciling maximum performance and high comfort, the Wind 42 guarantee smooth handling and high flexibility. The new wheels are suitable not only fu¨r the road, but also fu¨r light terrain (ASTM category 2), so that the fun of riding off the beaten track routes not too short. This concept does justice to the different ways in which road bikes are used today.
As part of the Speed family, the new Wind 42s adopt many of Fulcrum's proprietary technologies to provide an even better ride than the previous generation. The handling of these versatile and comfortable wheels has been improved by 22% and responsiveness by 10%*, perfect for the modern cyclist.
Among the most striking innovations are the rims. Their profile has been increased to 42 mm, and the internal dimension of the rim channel is 23 mm. The graphics have also been completely redesigned to reflect the new Form Function Fulcrum brand identity, with a minimalist and elegant design that also includes new icons containing all the product's technical information.
