The new Fulcrum Speed Combo 42/57 mark the step into a new era for Fulcrum, they are the result of the substantial synergy of form and function: form, function, Fulcrum.
An evolution without compromise: New rims - higher, wider, lighter and more aerodynamic - new hubs, and new spokes, united in a perfect wheel system.
The new wider rims, together with 28mm tires, offer a level of performance without compromise: optimal aerodynamics, low rolling resistance and high comfort.
The resins and fibers are manufactured according to Fulcrum specifications, we use a new composite compound of unidirectional FF100 high modulus fibers for the new Speed Combo 42/57, unlike previous versions. Through numerous tests we have found the perfect blend of fibers, through the correct lamination and extremely precise control of the resins we can produce a rim that provides a perfect level of damping, while meeting the highest performance requirements of professionals and guaranteeing a superior driving experience.
