The Soloist. A name deeply rooted in our history and instantly familiar to anyone who remembers the races of the early 2000s. The Soloist was the weapon of choice for top World Tour riders from CSC and the Cervélo Test Team - now it's time to bring it back for a new generation. The new Soloist is built for the rider who wants to train, race, and handle a wide variety of demands on one bike, day in and day out. It strikes the balance between lightweight and aerodynamic advantages, making it simply "just the right" bike. The Soloist is a touch lighter than the S5 but significantly more aerodynamic than our R5, plus it borrows the threaded bottom bracket standard (BBRIGHT-47) from the R5-CX. It is a competition bike on which both mechanical and electronic groups can be installed and which can easily handle countless kilometers in training in all weather conditions. The sum of these details secure you at the decisive moment the important millimeters at the finish line. This is the Soloist.
