Aero efficiency and race-proven control. The ICS Carbon Aero Mpc. cockpit is the pinnacle of aerodynamic integration and racing ergonomics. We are continuing the development of our Masterpiece product line and now complete the Teammachine R Mpc. frameset with an aerodynamically optimized cockpit. Developed by racers for racers, it offers an uncompromising blend of stiffness, weight, and functionality. Designed according to the AeroSynthesys philosophy, the cockpit forms the front end of your system and breaks up the airflow before it reaches you—for real aerodynamic advantages. With only 80 g of additional weight compared to conventional designs, it offers twice the stiffness thanks to an optimized carbon layup and our new steerer tube clamping system. The surface contact with the steerer tube has been improved to ensure maximum control and power transfer. The compact width of 370 mm (hoods) and 420 mm (drops) with a 12° flare ensures optimal ergonomics and positioning. The drops are designed “inline” with modern offset brake levers (SRAM Red). BMC's progressive drop shape ensures safe handling and smooth transitions between the different grip positions on the handlebars. Several stem lengths from 90 to 120 mm are available in 10 mm increments, allowing you to adjust your perfect racing fit. The external cable routing is sleek and simple with clean covers under the handlebars. Included in the scope of delivery are a computer mount compatible with Garmin and Wahoo devices and an interface for GoPro mounts, to which you can attach additional accessories of your choice (lights, camera, etc.).
