ZEFIRO fuses the power and control of the road racer’s drop bar with the low-drag form of the chrono rider’s aerobar. The base unit combines variable-radius, shallow-drop bends with the aero wing of MISTRAL. Additionally, it has the unique Pi Wing™, an adjustable forward extension with an aerofoil handrest. The rider’s forearms rest on broad silicon pads on the basebar’s upper surface, while the hands and wrists fall into a natural, ergonomic position on the handrest. The result is a hybrid that provides super comfort for long solo efforts into the wind, and full control for out-of-the-saddle efforts in the bunch. It should also bring performance and comfort benefits to amateur century and sportive riders and triathlon contestants.
